Every once in a while, it's time for a challenge.

Whether you're trying to get rid of that last inch.... getting a little tired of monotonous workouts...or you just love the feeling of a strong, tight body...FlyBarre is the answer.

FlyBarre is a total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, dance, and core strengthening exercises. Based on small intense interval exercises, FlyBarre is designed to reshape your body for lean, strong, sexy, and elongated muscles.

And if you really want to experience visible results quickly, take the FlyBarre Challenge. The FlyBarre Challenge is a 6-week program of 4 classes per week for a group of people who are ready to take control of their fitness. You will change your body, build strength and feel great throughout the Challenge.

The FlyBarre Challenge includes:

  • 24 FlyBarre classes - 6 week commitment of 4 classes per week
  • Before and after photos
  • Weekly measurements
  • Weekly technique workshops to help you reach your goal
  • Nutrition session
  • Kick-off and closing parties with instructors and other Challenge participants
