Born and raised in Brooklyn, Grant Belton's ardent love of fitness was evident at an early age as a star on the basketball court and baseball field. Grant also had a second love...travelling. So, as a flight attendant, he travelled the world and in turn developed the art of dealing with a cosmopolitan mix of personalities!
Reducing his altitude, he returned to his first passion: fitness. Grant became a personal trainer, specializing in kettlebells, Olympic lifting, endurance training and nutrition. Enjoying the freedom of cycling coupled with his love of rhythm and music, Grant was driven to become an indoor cycling instructor. Grant brings his passion to Flywheel with a ride that is rythmic and fun – a true journey!
Away from the studio, Grant writes his own fitness blog www.kilterathletics.blogspot.com where he advises his readers on nutrition, strength training and the importance of proper technique. He also enjoys the infectious rhythms of the Caribbean, the revelry of Carnival, cooking and, of course, travelling.
