A native of Southern California, Nicole has fallen hard for New York City. A triathlete and personal trainer with an extensive knowledge of core conditioning and Pilates, she loves supporting people through transitional periods of focused training, weight loss, or recovery from injury.
Nicole discovered indoor cycling as a college student at the University of Southern California. She’s now grateful for an injury that sidelined her from running and led her to join a rowdy, spunky indoor cycling class at a gym. “What can happen on a bike that’s nailed to the floor?” she thought. Plenty, she learned.
Part raucous, part meditative, her classes are exhilarating spaces of personal transformation, where riders increase their strength and endurance while letting off steam to a soundtrack that is fresh, eclectic, and empowering.
