Steven Little is a firm believer in the union of health and fitness. An avid indoor and outdoor cyclist, Steven is passionate about his commitment to Flywheel Sports and understands the importance of physical fitness. As a teenager, Steven struggled with obesity and developed a strong desire to be a better person and learn the principles of steadfast discipline. Over time, Steven achieved this goal and took it even further, using that same desire to get accepted into the United States Marines where he served for four years.
As part of the Marines Corps, Steven was in the highly regarded Reconnaissance Force, a special operations group that provides pertinent military intelligence to the commanding forces. Steven also has trained with the Navy Seals in California. After his time in the Marines, Steven moved to NYC and launched his career in physical fitness.
Steven is a certified trainer and group fitness instructor. In addition, Steven practices martial arts, scuba diving, surfing, snowboarding, wake boarding, rock climbing and has recently developed his own TRX-based training program. He brings his hard-core style into each ride, teaching a fast-paced, grueling class that leaves riders exhausted yet exhilarated. Get ready to sweat!
