RIDE SERIES Terms and conditions
RIDE CANCELLATION: Reserved bikes may be cancelled without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each ride not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in forfeiture of one ride from the Series.
WAIT LIST: Rides are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.
EXPIRATION: Ride Series never expire, and can be used at any Flywheel location in your home region. For example, Flywheel NY rides can be used at any Flywheel studio in New York or New Jersey.

- Unlimited rides AND FlyBarre classes at ALL locations
- 2-DAY advanced booking window
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Month-to-month billing or pay up-front
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are for Fly Flatiron, Fly JCC, Fly Sag Harbor, SuperFly and Summer SuperFly memberships.
RIDE CANCELLATION SuperFly, Fly Flatiron, and Fly JCC members may cancel a reserved bike without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Rides not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in a $20 fee.
WAIT LIST Rides are offered to the wait list on a first come, first served basis through email.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION SuperFly, Fly Flatiron, and Fly JCC memberships require an initial six month commitment. Thereafter, memberships may be cancelled on 30 days’ written notice.
PAYMENTS The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above). The monthly membership fees will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.
